For an online business Paul J. Ott handled all of the computer related activities for their internet website, intranet tools, & customer support applications as it grew into a business handling 10,000 orders a day.

For part of the time when working for a consulting company, Paul provided maintenance, support, and updates for Pfizer.com. They have since updated quite a bit of their website over the years, although some examples of our work can still be found in places such as their Post Marketing Commitments section. It was a very time sensitive and high profile project as Pfizer was the first pharmaceutical company to do this, even receiving a mention in a Wall Street Journal blurb (read the press release).
